Monthly 'learn and win' Gift Card Draw - Terms & Conditions

TL;DR: Start your first Learning Hub course this month to enter the draw for an AUD $100 Amazon gift card. Bonus entry if you complete any course in the same month. One entry (plus one bonus) per person per month. Open to 18+ in participating countries. Winner drawn within 7 days after month end (AEDT). Full details below.

Promoter: Easy Agile Pty Ltd (“Easy Agile”, “we”, “us”).
Promotion name: “Learn and win”.
Prize: One (1) Amazon gift card valued at AUD $100 or the local-currency equivalent for the winner’s country/region (issued for the relevant Amazon marketplace). Amazon is not a sponsor or administrator of this promotion.

1. Eligibility

To enter, you must:

  • be 18 years or older at the time of entry;

  • have an Easy Agile Learning Hub account (Thinkific registration with a verified email);

  • be a resident of a participating country (see list below); and

  • during the relevant calendar month, start your first Learning Hub course (your first enrolment in that month, recorded on your account).

Not eligible: Easy Agile employees, contractors, and their immediate family/household members.

2. Participating countries

We may update this list to reflect where we operate and can lawfully fulfil prizes.

3. Promotion period and entries

  • Each promotion period runs from 12:00am on the first day to 11:59pm on the last day of the calendar month, Australia/Brisbane time (AEST/AEDT).

  • One (1) primary entry per person per month: awarded when you start your first course in that month. Additional starts in the same month do not create additional entries.

  • One (1) bonus entry per person per month: awarded if you complete any Learning Hub course in the same calendar month. (Completion is based on the course being marked complete on your account within that month.)

  • One (1) bonus entry per person per month: awarded if you leave a review for your completed course. 

  • Entries are recorded automatically from Learning Hub activity logs.

4. Winner selection and notification

  • We will randomly draw one (1) winner from all eligible entries for the month within 7 days after month end.

  • The winner will be notified by email using the address on their Learning Hub account.

  • The winner must reply within 7 days to claim the prize. If not claimed, we may redraw and award the prize to a new winner.

5. Prize details and delivery

  • The prize is an Amazon gift card delivered electronically to the winner’s email address.

  • We will issue the card for the most appropriate Amazon marketplace for the winner’s country/region where possible.

  • No cash alternative. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

  • Any taxes, charges, or fees related to accepting the prize are the winner’s responsibility.

6. Verification and disqualification

We may verify eligibility (age, residency, account ownership, and Learning Hub activity). We may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Privacy and public acknowledgement

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We will use the data we collect (e.g., your name, email address, country, and course activity timestamps) to run this promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners, and meet legal obligations.
If you are selected as the winner, we may publicly acknowledge you (for example, “Congrats to [First name, initial] from [Country/Region]”) on our website, Learning Hub, and/or email communications only if you consent when we notify you. Public acknowledgement is optional and not required to receive the prize.

8. Changes and cancellation

We may change, suspend, or cancel the promotion (or update these Terms) if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or to ensure fairness and compliance. Any material changes will be posted on this page.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easy Agile is not responsible for technical failures, incomplete/late entries, or any loss or damage arising from participation or prize use. These Terms do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
